By accessing or using Country.Club's event management and attendee matching services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including event organizers, attendees, and co-hosts.

Country.Club provides an AI-powered event management platform that:

• Integrates with event platforms (Partiful, Luma, Eventbrite) as a co-host
• Analyzes public attendee information to predict no-show risks
• Creates personalized networking recommendations and matches
• Sends automated email campaigns to improve event engagement
• Facilitates meeting requests and attendee connections
• Provides analytics and insights on event performance

Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and maintain the security of your login credentials.

Event Platform Integration: You are responsible for properly adding Country.Club as a co-host on your event platforms and ensuring you have the necessary permissions to share attendee data.

Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Service, including data protection and privacy laws.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We analyze publicly available information about attendees and companies
• Our AI algorithms predict attendee behavior and no-show risks
• Matching recommendations are generated based on professional profiles and interests
• All analysis is performed to improve event outcomes and attendee experience

You warrant that you have obtained necessary consents from attendees for data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications to attendees
• Collect or harvest personal information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Country.Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability: We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Event Outcomes: While our Service aims to reduce no-shows and improve engagement, we cannot guarantee specific event attendance or outcomes.

AI Predictions: Our AI analysis and predictions are based on available data and algorithms, and may not always be accurate.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COUNTRY.CLUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable retention period.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Country.Club.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
